Where Will We Deliver To?

We deliver to the UK, Europe and Internationally. Our delivery charges are outlined below. Please allow 1 -2 working days for delivery within the UK and up to 3 weeks for international delivery.

Can I Pick Up In Store?

If you would prefer to pick up your order from our store, please choose the 'In Store Collection' option at the Checkout. Please bring a form of identification with you when you call into collect your order. 

  • If you place your order before 12 Noon Monday - Thursday, we'll have your order ready for you to collect between 10:00 - 17:00 the following day. 
  • If you place your order before 12 Noon on a Friday, we'll have your order ready for you to collect between 10:00 - 16:30 on  Saturday. 
  • If you place your order before 12 Noon on a Saturday, we'll have your order ready for you to collect between 11:00 - 17:00 on the following Monday.
 
Customs Charges
 

When goods are shipped within the European Union there are no customs charges as the relevant VAT has already been paid.

Orders placed from outside the EU are not charged VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes. These may be levied once the goods reach your country. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (excluding delivery charges) on all parcels to be delivered outside the EU. For further details of customs charges please consult your own customs authorities. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. We are unable to reimburse any customs costs incurred.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We want our customers to be happy with all of their purchases, so if something isn't quite right - for any reason - we will be happy to offer you a refund, less the cost of postage and packaging. Please ensure that you return your purchases to us, in their original condition, within 7 days of receipt, along with a copy of your invoice. We recommend that you obtain a FREE Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as proof of posting. When we get the goods back in good condition, we will issue a refund and contact you to confirm. 

However, if any item that you receive is faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of return postage. In most circumstances, we will offer you a replacement or alternative, before issuing a refund.
